Charlie brings a dynamic and insightful wealth of experience in sales and strategic product marketing management from the corporate executive suite, entrepreneurial venture, and non-profit sectors. His results-oriented strategic focus drives planning and tactical implementation programs designed for effectiveness and efficiency.
Charlie works with our clients to develop market strategies, implement methods and tactics to improve their performance in the areas of business development, strategic marketing, product/service program launches, marketing & sales based upon his long list of successes.
His areas of expertise include sales, sales management and training, forecasting, strategic planning, brand management, product launch and lifecycle management, key opinion leader development and implementation, tactical market plan development and clear communication delivery.
After graduating from Babson College with a BS in marketing and communications, his career includes strategic positions in small, medium and Fortune 100 companies in sales, marketing, new product development and management. He has also been involved in non-profit organizational planning, management, development, and operations for 30 years, culminating with the position of Board of Trustees President.
