Mark Iorio

Mark Iorio is the Founder and President of The Mega Group, established in 1987.

Mr. Iorio was born and raised in Mercer County and currently resides in Columbus, NJ with his wife Patricia. He  has two children, Melissa and Christopher.

He graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1979 and attended Rutgers University for graduate studies.

Mr. Iorio has been involved in Brand and Culture Alignment, Marketing Strategy, Planning and Implementation for his entire career. He is a former board member and the Marketing Liaison for a very successful privately held company in Princeton, NJ and serves or chairs multiple Non-Profits Boards.

Mark has lectured about the “trials and pitfalls” of entrepreneurship and cutting edge marketing practices at TCNJ.

As a former elected official in Hopewell Township, NJ, he often had to balance critical issues with the needs and wants of the community. He quickly learned the art of compromise and the value of strong leadership.

Al Cini

A trained Social Psychologist with extensive experience leading large-scale projects for Fortune-ranked companies, Al Cini’s passion is People: creating meaningful team-building experiences that align an organization’s people with the “North Star” that points the way to achieving the goals they share.

Alignment boosts engagement, engagement inspires productivity and enhances morale, and this simple research- and field-proven formula greatly accelerates measurable results.

Bob Pantaliano

Bob Pantaliano has more than 30-years of experience successfully directing the finance and operations of small to mid-sized businesses. Currently, as President of CFO 360, he consults with businesses without the necessary expertise or budget to add a full time CFO to staff.

Bob uncovers areas of growth and profitability by supplementing traditional financial reporting with customized, detailed management tools such as core business analysis, profitability studies and benchmarking. His methods have helped companies understand how to navigate the current business climate to increase profitability and wealth.

Bob has a passion for substantially improving the financial knowledge and financial results for clients, providing in depth views of their historical and current performing trends and with indicators that project future results.

Bob also serves as a board member to the Girl Scouts of Southern New Jersey and Treasurer to the Durand Foundation.

Frank Spezzano

Frank Spezzano is sole owner/President of IRUS Advisory Corporation in Philadelphia, PA.  He is also registered with The Leaders Group, Inc., a broker/dealer with 1000 exclusive representatives nationwide.

Frank has over 38-years of experience in the insurance, benefits and financial services industry and is committed to understanding each client’s vision and goals.   This understanding and relationship building allows for highly personalized strategies and tactics to enhance all aspects of the client’s business and personal lifecycles and recognizes their unique vision and needs, whether it be life stage, financial or tax planning, retirement, estate and legacy planning, portfolio allocation and risk management, executive compensation strategies, or succession and exit strategies

Trust and accountability are at the forefront of the IRUS philosophy and approach to planning.  Frank brings a highly experienced team of professionals to the table to coordinate, implement and maintain the strategic vision and plan to allow for continuity, legacy planning and response to the changing needs of the client.

Milton Corsey

Milton, a lifelong resident of South Jersey, is a graduate of East Carolina and St. Joseph’s Universities where he earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration.

He spent the first 20 years of his career as a professor of business and math at Rowan College of South Jersey where he holds the rank of Professor Emeritus.

Since transitioning from higher education, he now applies what his research and experience have proven to be the keys to organizational growth. He has been applying these principals and assisting some of the region’s most prominent companies and non-profit organizations develop high performance leaders, teams and strategies.

Milton is currently a member of the greater Philadelphia’s YMCA’s development board who’s charge it is to raise funds in support of the Y’s mission.
